As an RCI Points member, you can make reservations at RCI Points affiliated resorts and RCI Weeks affiliated resorts – and now you can find both types of reservations with one simple search! With just a couple of clicks, you can see all your Exchange Holiday options in one place, and apply multiple filters to search for the vacation you're really looking for!
Simply navigate to the RCI Points Holidays tab to get started, and check out the new online search for yourself. Here's how it works:
You can start your search in a few different ways:
If you'd like to make a Home Reservation – be it Home Week, Home Group or Home Resort – simply click on the block to the right of the map.
Once you have your initial search results, you can apply more filters from the list on the left, to narrow them down further. Or, if you already see what you're looking for, select Available Units to move on.
Here's what you'll see when you get your search results:
While you're searching, if you want to check your points balance, there's no longer any need to visit the My Account tab – simply click on the Your Points Summary on the right of the search results to see your balances for your current and next Use Years.
Selecting your dates & unit size:
After you've selected your desired resort, you'll be shown more information about it and be prompted to, first, select a check-in date, then a check out date. You'll then see all the different sizes of accommodations available for those dates, with details such as the points value of the reservation, and whether it is an RCI Points affiliated resort or RCI Weeks affiliated resort.
Once you've selected your unit, you'll be directed to the simple one-page check out, where you'll have the opportunity to borrow additional points if you need to, apply any Member Rewards which you may have (if you are an RCI Platinum member) and add a Guest Certificate.
And that's it – you're done! All you have to do now is look forward to your next great holiday!
Something to Note! Reservations at RCI Weeks affiliated resorts do have some differences from those at RCI Points affiliated resorts – they have to be made in weekly increments, and a reservation fee applies per week booked. Also, RCI Weeks reservations can be made up to 24 months in advance, but standard RCI Points reservations can be made 10 months before check in, due to the Reservation Windows which allow owners time to make Home Week, Home Group and Home Resort reservations.
